Ours is an ISO-9001:2000 company, established in the year 1986, having a Group Turnover of Rs. 300 million per annum. Since the beginning, we have been engaged in the manufacturing and supplying of high quality automobile Sheet Metal Components, Welded Sub-Assemblies, CNC Machined Components and Hot Forgings to Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) in India and abroad from our 5 different manufacturing facilities. Our sound foundation is built on TQM model with all efforts directed towards customer satisfaction.

Our Productions

We are known as one of the largest manufacturers of Front Suspension Arms for all small and medium sized cars in India, Back Plates for Passenger, Wagons, Goods Trains & Locomotives. We are largely involved in the production of high quality, high volume automobile Sheet Metal Components & Welded Sub Assemblies, CNC Machined Components & Hot Forgings.

Our entire production unit is well-equipped with state-of-the-art machines & equipments viz. Mechanical and Hydraulic Power Presses, CO₂ MIG Welding, Spot Welding, Projection Welding, Arc Welding Facilities, CNC & VMC Machines & Friction Drop Hammer with in house tools dies, Jig & Fixture designing & Manufacturing facilities. This has enabled us to firmly establish a name for our quality productions in the relevant markets,both, Domestic and International.

1986	Genesis - Arvind Engineers Manufacturing of Sheet Metal Components for Auto Shock Absorbers
1991	Started Manufacturing Front Suspension Arms for Passenger Cars
1996	Manufacturing of Head Light Components
1997	Installed state-of-the-art WELDING S.P.M's for improved weld quality of manufacturing Front Suspension Arms/Lower Control Arms  Established in-house TOOL ROOM for making jigs and fixture
2000	Implementation of TQM Philosophy
2001	Started Manufacturing Back plates for Composite Brake blocks for Indian Railways Rolling Stock. In-house Development of SPM for CO2 MIG welding for Front Suspension Arms (In-house Low Cost Automisation).
2002	Became ISO 9001-2000 certified company. Became self certified vendor for Rane (Madras) Ltd.
2003	First Customer Satisfaction Survey conducted. Started Manufacturing Passenger Vehicle Disc Pad Back Plates
2004	Started Manufacturing CNC turned components Started Manufacturing Heavy Commercial Vehicle Disc Brake Pad Back
2005	Received Best Supplier Award for supplying Hot Forged Components to Rane (Madras) Ltd.
